I joined this program because I felt hopeless. Mentally I was consumed by the weight that I had gained and was trying all the fad diets or “lifestyle” changes that society had to offer. Sometimes I would lose weight, but I never really progressed. I was tired and desperate. Chase offers science and truths that I had never heard of on Pinterest or Instagram. He met me where I was, and my mindset is completely different now than when I started working with him. I no longer starve my body, binge eat, or obsess over food during holidays. I am so glad that I joined this program and would recommend it to anyone who feels hopeless and that change isn’t possible. This program is for people who have been stuck in the “dieting cycle” and feel like absolutely nothing works. If you spend a good majority of your day thinking about food, then this is the program for you.

Before Chase started programming for me, I was skeptical if I would notice much change. I mean, I was already motivated enough to get into the gym 3x each week, and since I was an athlete when I was younger I arrogantly felt like I knew everything there was to know when it came to lifting. However, as I humbled myself and let him into my gym, he starting making major changes (squat and deadlift) and minor changes (bench press and pull-ups) to my form. The tweaks to my form combined with his expertise in programming have resulted in my body being the most physically fit ever (at 34). Don’t forget I played many sports when younger and thought that was the best shape of my life. In addition to the reshaping of my body, I no longer have aches and pains and I no longer need to stretch for 15 minutes every night. If you work out, want to work out, are an athlete, or just trying to maintain lifelong health Chase is the coach for you.

I honestly would refer this service to anybody looking to understand the true benefits of food, anybody who struggles with an eating disorder (I am one of them), and anybody looking to find how to balance their crazy schedules with getting the correct nutrients in order to thrive. I want to say women would benefit greatly from this service, but truly… men would too. It is for somebody who is open minded and willing to LEARN and change their thought process about what foods do for our body.

You should join the program because it will give you a very simple straight forward approach to eating. Most of us want to know what we are eating and why we are eating it. This program gives you that. Those who are looking to have a healthier relationship with food will benefit from working with Chase. I would refer anyone who has battled to find a program that will bring positive change in their health life. It would benefit anyone who is interested in making a change.
